📍 Location: Wednesbury Sort │ Downs Road │ Willenhall │ WV13 2PX
📅 Shift Pattern: Sunday - Thursday
🕒 Hours: 17:30 - 02:00
💰 Salary: £27,060.80 per annum
What you’ll be doing:
Lead and motivate the parcel sortation team to ensure the timely, accurate, and safe handling of parcels throughout the sorting process.
Coordinate shift operations and manage parcel throughput to meet and exceed operational targets.
Perform quality checks to ensure all parcels meet company standards, prioritising safety at all times.
Train and develop new team members, ensuring they excel and maintain high performance.
Support the shift manager by addressing any challenges and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Foster a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment by promoting company policies and health & safety standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
What we need from you:
A passionate, proactive leader with experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Flexibility and adaptability in a high-energy environment.
Physically fit and ready to meet the demands of the warehouse.
A commitment to upholding safety and operational excellence.
