Inclusion IQ is supporting a well established, high end interior fit-out and manufacturing specialist. Operating out of a state-of-the-art production site, the company delivers high-spec custom joinery and complex interior fit-outs for prestigious clients internationally.Due to steady growth, they are looking for an innovative SolidWorks Designer to bridge the gap between initial creative concepts and full workshop production.

Role

As the Technical Joinery Designer, you will help drive projects from initial concept through to complete, buildable manufacturing packages. You'll prepare detailed 2D/3D workshop drawings, job sheets, accurate BOMs, and cutting lists for the factory floor, while collaborating closely with project managers, workshop technicians, and clients to keep designs structurally sound, on budget, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• High proficiency in SolidWorks (2D/3D modeling and detailing).

• At least 2+ years of design experience within a manufacturing or technical design office setting.

• A strong grasp of manufacturing processes and how bespoke assemblies go together.

• Clear communication skills and the organizational ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Desirable

• Prior background detailing bespoke joinery, cabinetry, or high-end architectural interiors.

• A degree or diploma in Design, Engineering, Wood Technology, or a related discipline.
