We're looking for a Support Engineer to join our Central London team, working at a major healthcare facility.

Please note: This is a static site role based at a customer location in Luton. Candidates should therefore be within a reasonable commuting distance of the site.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a key customer while developing your technical skills within one of the UK's leading Building Management Systems businesses.

At BMSI, part of the Bedrock Systems Group, we're passionate about developing our people and creating an environment where individuals can thrive, grow and build long-term careers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on BMS and control systems.

  • Diagnosing faults and responding to reactive service calls.

  • Completing small repairs and remedial works.

  • Raising engineer field quotes for additional works.

  • Conducting routine inspections to ensure systems continue to operate efficiently and reliably.

  • Building strong relationships with the customer and providing a high level of service.

  • Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.

About You

We're looking for an experienced BMS Engineer who is keen to continue developing their technical knowledge and skills.

Ideally, you'll have experience working with Siemens PX and Desigo BMS systems, as this is the primary platform used on site. However, we would also welcome applications from experienced BMS Engineers with knowledge of other BMS platforms who are open to learning Siemens, with full training and support provided.

You'll also have:

  • Experience working within the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry.

  • A good understanding of mechanical plant and HVAC systems.

  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

  • A methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

  • The ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a wider team.

  • Good IT literacy.

  • A full UK driving licence.

  • Participation in the on-call rota.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience.

  • Bonus opportunities linked to additional works and team performance.

  • Standby allowance and overtime opportunities.

  • Company car scheme, including fully electric vehicles, or a monthly car allowance.

  • Company pension scheme with a 6% employer contribution.

  • Private medical insurance with BUPA.

  • Life assurance at four times annual salary.

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase up to five additional days.

  • Cycle to Work scheme.

  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.

  • The opportunity to build a long-term career with one of the UK's most established BMS specialists.

Take the next step in your BMS career and join a business that's committed to your development, wellbeing and success.

BMSI is an Equal Opportunities Employer. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
