Software Engineer Java

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems. You will build REST APIs, engineer microservices, improve existing systems, and work on products involving card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity. You will use Java, Postgres, and Spring Boot while applying clean code, TDD, DDD, and continuous integration and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop greenfield backend systems
• Improve existing systems

• Engineer microservices
• Develop systems for card payments treasury management transaction booking and crypto liquidity
• Apply clean code TDD DDD and continuous integration and delivery practices

Requirements

• Demonstrable backend development experience
• Fluency in Java
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science Mathematics Physics or another Engineering or Science discipline
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups
