About SensFish

SensFish is a Scottish deep-tech company transforming how marine industries understand, monitor and predict changing ocean conditions.

We combine satellite Earth Observation, radar, oceanographic and in-situ observations, imagery, artificial intelligence and predictive analytics to deliver actionable intelligence for fisheries, aquaculture, offshore energy, coastal ecosystems and maritime infrastructure.

With growing international partnerships and projects across Europe, Asia and beyond, we are building scalable technology that helps industries make smarter, more efficient and environmentally responsible decisions.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented, proactive and highly organised Software Engineer to join our growing technical team and contribute to the development and scaling of our core intelligence platform.

The role combines software engineering, complex data integration and the implementation of machine learning and predictive analytics workflows. You will work with diverse satellite, geospatial, oceanographic and environmental datasets, translating scientific models and research into reliable, scalable software applications.

You will collaborate closely with our technical leadership and multidisciplinary team, including specialists in Earth Observation, marine biology, environmental science, engineering and AI.

We are particularly interested in someone who takes ownership of their work, manages priorities efficiently and brings strong technical discipline to a fast-growing technology company.
