About the Role
We're a design-led agency and creative production partner based in London, creating bespoke gifting experiences and custom products for some of the world's most iconic global brands in luxury, beauty, and lifestyle. Innovation and unconventional thinking are at the heart of how we work.
We deliver end-to-end: from strategy and concept, to sourcing, kitting, and global fulfillment. As we enter a key phase of growth, we're looking for a Senior Project Manager to help elevate how we deliver ambitious projects worldwide.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role that combines project delivery, creative production, commercial ownership, team leadership, and day-to-day management of our London studio. You'll own the full lifecycle of high-impact unboxing experiences, PR mailers, and custom product concepts — ensuring everything is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
We need someone who is highly autonomous, proactive, and takes ownership without waiting to be asked. Experience in gifting, PR, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Ownership & Delivery
Lead end-to-end execution of experiential gifting campaigns and PR mailers from kickoff to final delivery
Define timelines, strategies, and execution plans for each project
Protect quality, manage risk, and solve problems before they impact delivery
Creative Collaboration & Concept Development
Partner with creative teams to develop compelling concepts
Assess feasibility within production constraints and budget
Bridge creative vision with practical execution and support brand storytelling
Client Leadership & Commercial Management
Act as the primary day-to-day client contact and lead presentations
Manage expectations around scope, timelines, and budgets
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
Own project budgets from start to finish
Support new business by leading pitches and proposals
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Line-manage the Project Coordinator team: assign workload, set priorities, and review deliverables
Train and develop coordinators on PM standards, tools, and client communication
Work closely with creative, production, and finance teams to keep projects moving
Studio & Operational Management
Oversee the day-to-day running of our London studio
Manage facilities, suppliers, office supplies, equipment, and building contacts
Uphold health & safety standards and maintain organization of samples, stock, and studio space
Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and support studio-wide initiatives
Process & Industry Leadership
Continuously improve processes and uphold high standards for project management
Stay current on industry trends, materials, and production techniques
Contribute ideas to elevate both creative output and commercial performance
How You'll Work
Own it: Take full responsibility for projects and decisions within your remit
Be proactive: Anticipate risks, identify issues early, and bring solutions
Drive improvement: Look for ways to make projects, teams, and the studio better without being prompted
Success Will Look Like:
Projects delivered on time and on budget
High client satisfaction and retention
Strong project profitability
Campaigns that are impactful and high quality
A supported, growing coordinator team
Smooth, well-run studio operations
Skills & Experience
7+ years in project management or experiential marketing
Proven experience delivering campaigns end-to-end
Strong commercial and operational mindset
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Senior-level experience with global luxury, beauty, or fashion brands
Highly autonomous, proactive self-starter
What We Offer

Fast-paced, creative, collaborative environment
Clear opportunities for growth and development
Hands-on work with custom mailers for world-class brands
Benefits include:
Health Shield, ClassPass membership (57 credits), MasterClass membership, £30 monthly culture reimbursement, 21 days PTO + UK bank holidays
This is an opportunity to join a London-based operator at the forefront of experiential gifting. You'll work with world-class brands on global projects, collaborate with a talented and dynamic team, and help redefine what's possible in custom product and unboxing experiences.
