Senior Merchandise Manager - GM

What you will be doing:
Deliver sales, availability and stock targets across strategic categories, ensuring stock spend is controlled within agreed parameters.
Lead planning, forecasting, supplier deliveries and complex range changes with the commercial team.
Manage Open to Buy, WSSI delivery, quality of stock, recalls and problem stock actions to improve stock turn and working capital.
Support annual budgets and forecasts, providing insight into category risks, opportunities and stock productivity.
Present category inventory, risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders using data and commercial judgement.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and support new merchandising systems, tools and process improvements where required.
