**The Opportunity:**

Accountable for the development and optimisation of manufacturing systems including robotic and numerically controlled programmes to satisfy automation equipment.

**How you will contribute to the team:**
* You will be responsible for providing manufacturing systems solutions through the application of industrial engineering.
* You will create and amend CNC programs.
* You will support the creation of programming data through liaison with the Design and Manufacturing disciplines.
* You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of programming simulation models.
* You will be responsible for manipulating 3D data to support manufacturing processes.
* You will provide technical guidance and training to the business to support efficient manufacturing systems programming.
* You will be responsible for the management of tools and cutters to support manufacturing operations.

**About you:**
* Experience of Manufacturing Systems Programming Techniques
* Conversant in 3D modelling techniques
* Have a good knowledge of the capabilities of a range of different PDM tools
* Knowledge of automated manufacturing systems and equipment
* HND level or equivalent experience in Manufacturing or Technology related discipline - desirable
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills - interface with customers and suppliers.
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access
