We're looking for a Senior Hr Advisor to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £49,000 to £54,740 and a hybrid working pattern. Must be flexible, as occasional travel to our Milton Keynes office may be required.
What you will be doing;
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures and people processes.
- Lead on employee relations cases, including absence, probation, conduct, performance, disciplinaries and grievances.
- Produce and review HR policies, ensuring they remain practical and aligned with current employment legislation.
- Support HR Business Partners with people activity, including performance management, absence management and learning and development.
- Support organisational change activity, including preparing documentation and coordinating consultation processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and use HR systems and data to support reporting and continuous improvement.
What you will need;
Experience
- Experience working in an HR advisory or generalist HR role.
- Experience providing HR advice to managers on policies, procedures and people matters.
- Experience managing or supporting a range of employee relations cases.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and experience applying this in practice.
- Experience using HR systems, data and reports to support HR activity.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards a recognised HR professional qualification.
