Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary: up to £28,000 + Pod Incentive Scheme
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in London office)
As a Sales Executive at Pod, you will play a key role in helping customers make the transition to electric vehicles by engaging with warm leads generated through our automotive partners and guiding them through the EV charging journey. Working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment, you will build relationships with customers, understand their individual charging needs, recommend the most suitable solutions, and confidently convert enquiries into sales. ⚪ What You'll Do:
Proactively Engage with Warm Leads - you’ll proactively make outbound calls and send proactive emails to customers referred by our automotive partners
Successfully Convert Leads - you’ll proactively make outbound calls to both new leads and unconverted leads with the intention of converting the referral
Qualify Customer Needs - you’ll understand each customer’s home setup, charging requirements, and eligibility to recommend the right solution
Present Charging Options - you’ll talk customers through our products and services in a clear, friendly, and approachable way
Convert Leads Into Loyal Customers - you’ll confidently guide customers through to purchase, hitting monthly sales and conversion targets
Maintain Accurate Records - you’ll ensure the CRM is updated with lead activity, customer information, and sales progress
Collaborate Cross-Functionally - you’ll work with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
Champion Sustainability- you’ll be an advocate for EV adoption and Pod’s role in enabling the UK’s transition to cleaner mobility
