Manor Park Care Home is entering an exciting new chapter under the ownership of Strong Life Care, a nationally, regionally and locally award-winning care provider.

We're looking for an ambitious, passionate and experienced Registered Manager to take the lead, shape the future of the home and drive its continued success.

Manor Park is a 76-bed home providing Residential, Dementia and Nursing care, currently supporting 41 residents.

With a fantastic established staff team, strong clinical leadership and significant potential for occupancy growth, the foundations are already in place for the right manager to thrive.

You'll have excellent support around you, including:

• An experienced, nurse-qualified Deputy Manager
• A dedicated Clinical Lead
• A Peripatetic Manager to support your handover and ensure a smooth transition
• An experienced Regional Manager
• A dedicated Quality Team
• HR support and an in-house trainer

Starting salary: £55,000 per annum

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A sound understanding of CQC standards and quality governance
• Commercial awareness and the ability to grow occupancy
• Passion, ambition and a commitment to excellent resident care

A nursing qualification is welcomed but not essential, given the strong clinical leadership already in place.
