Due to maternity leave within the team, we have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Property Manager to join our Lincoln office on a 15-month fixed-term contract. Working 26 hours per week, you will be responsible for managing a varied property portfolio, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service as part of a collaborative and professional team.

Team Overview

Savills Lincoln management team provides advice across a broad range of rural property matters, including estate management, landlord and tenant issues, strategic asset management, valuation, diversification projects, compulsory purchase and compensation, and rural property transactions. Our clients include private landowners, family estates and farmers, as well as charities, institutional investors and public sector organisations.
