Job description

Location: London, UK

Employment: Full-time

Working arrangement: On-site, with regular visits to customer offices

Help Architectural Practices Embrace the Next Generation of Design Technology

Introducing new software into an architectural practice isn't simply about installing a product. It's about understanding how architects work, adapting technology to their processes and helping people change the way they do their jobs.

We're looking for a Product Implementation Specialist to help architectural practices successfully adopt an innovative AI-powered design platform.

You'll work directly with customers, understanding their existing workflows, implementing the software, solving technical challenges and ensuring their teams are confident using it.

This is an opportunity for someone with a background in architecture and computational design who enjoys working with technology, solving problems and helping people.

You won't just demonstrate what the software can do. You'll make sure it delivers real value in a working architectural practice.

What You'll Do

Lead Product Implementations

  • Take ownership of customer implementations, from initial discovery through configuration, onboarding and successful adoption.
  • Understand each customer's architectural workflows, existing software environment and technical requirements.
  • Develop practical implementation plans that minimise disruption and accelerate adoption.
  • Configure the platform to support different customer needs and workflows.
  • Work closely with customer stakeholders to establish implementation priorities, milestones and success criteria.
  • Identify potential implementation challenges and resolve them before they affect delivery.

Integrate Technology into Architectural Workflows

  • Help customers incorporate the platform into their existing architectural design processes.
  • Use your knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper and Python to address technical challenges and support workflow integration.
  • Understand how the platform interacts with existing design tools and identify opportunities to improve interoperability.
  • Investigate technical issues, troubleshoot problems and collaborate with internal engineering teams when necessary.
  • Develop practical solutions that make the software easier and more effective for architects to use.

Train and Support Customers

  • Deliver engaging onboarding sessions, product demonstrations and hands-on training.
  • Explain technical concepts clearly to architects and designers with different levels of technical expertise.
  • Create practical guidance and documentation to support customers during implementation.
  • Act as a trusted technical adviser, helping customers get the most from the platform.
  • Provide ongoing support during the initial adoption period, ensuring customers become confident and independent users.

Drive Successful Product Adoption

  • Build strong relationships with architectural practices and their technical teams.
  • Identify barriers to adoption and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Track implementation progress and measure success through user engagement, adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to product and engineering teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the implementation process, making future deployments faster and more efficient.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines architectural knowledge, technical problem-solving skills and excellent customer-facing abilities.

Essential Experience

Architecture & Design Technology

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including experience working within an architectural practice.
  • A solid understanding of architectural design workflows and the challenges faced by architects.
  • Practical experience with Rhino and Grasshopper.
  • Working knowledge of Python, particularly for computational design or workflow automation.

Software Implementation

  • Experience introducing, configuring or supporting software within a professional environment.
  • The ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • A structured approach to managing implementations, priorities and deadlines.
  • Confidence working independently and taking ownership of customer outcomes.

Communication & Customer Engagement

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working directly with customers, internal stakeholders or end users.
  • The ability to deliver training and explain complex technology in straightforward language.
  • Patience, empathy and an understanding that different users adopt technology at different speeds.
  • A proactive attitude and genuine interest in helping customers succeed.

Interest in AI & Emerging Technology

  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and their practical applications.
  • An interest in how artificial intelligence can improve architectural design workflows.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies and develop expertise in an evolving software platform.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in software implementation, solutions engineering or technical consulting.
  • Experience implementing software within architectural or engineering organisations.
  • Knowledge of Revit, BIM and other architectural design tools.
  • Experience developing integrations between software platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and workflow automation.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software customers.

Who Would Be a Great Fit?

You might be:

  • An architect who became the go-to person in their practice whenever new software needed to be introduced.
  • A computational designer who enjoys helping colleagues use technology more effectively.
  • A BIM or design technology specialist with experience implementing tools and improving workflows.
  • A technical consultant who understands architectural software and enjoys working directly with customers.

What matters most is your ability to combine technical knowledge with practical implementation skills.

You're someone who enjoys understanding how people work, identifying problems and finding solutions that make their jobs easier.

You also understand that a successful implementation isn't measured by whether the software has been installed.

It's measured by whether people are actually using it and getting value from it.

Working Arrangements

This is a London-based, on-site position.

You'll work closely with internal teams and regularly visit customer offices to support implementations, deliver training and help architectural practices adopt the platform.

The role requires someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction and is comfortable working directly with customers.

Why Join?

Artificial intelligence is creating new opportunities for architectural practices to improve how they design, collaborate and deliver projects.

But even the most advanced technology is only valuable when people know how to use it effectively.

You'll play a central role in making that happen.

You'll work with innovative software, collaborate with architectural professionals and help organisations introduce technology that can genuinely transform their workflows.

If you understand architecture, enjoy technology and get satisfaction from helping people succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
