- Salary: Up to £50,000 OTE per annum
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm + Occasional Saturdays

Role Overview Seeking an experienced Parts Manager / Automotive Parts Specialist to lead our busy parts department in Maidstone. In this role, you will oversee daily stock operations, drive trade and retail parts sales, manage departmental budgets, and mentor a talented team to deliver maximum profitability and 5-star customer service.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in an Automotive Parts Manager, Assistant Parts Manager, or Senior Parts Specialist role (Main Dealer or OEM experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong stock control skills, buying efficiency, budget management, and trade/retail parts sales experience.
- Leadership: Ability to set targets, motivate team members, and drive departmental gross profit.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.

- Base: Maidstone Area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategically situated off the M20, with direct access via the A229 and A249 for fast commutes across Kent.
- Public Transport: Accessible via Maidstone East and Maidstone West mainline stations, plus local bus networks.
