Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the Director of Partner Services, this role is designed for an experienced leader who can own the EMEA/MENA/APAC region — setting direction, building policy and process, and making sound decisions independently. As a Partner Services Manager (EMEA), you will support the execution and delivery of Optro’s partner services strategy by owning key partner relationships, enablement initiatives, and delivery outcomes.
Partner Enablement & Delivery Readiness:

Track partner capability development and readiness milestones, escalating risks and gaps proactively
Partner Account Ownership:
Act as the day-to-day Partner Services owner for assigned partners
Maintain strong partner relationships focused on delivery quality, capability growth, and operational excellence
Support partner maturity progression toward greater delivery self-sufficiency
Cross-Functional Execution:
Work closely with Sales to ensure opportunities are partner-ready and transition smoothly into delivery
Recommend appropriate engagement models based on partner capability, maturity, and deal complexity
Collaborate across Sales, Alliances, Solutions, Services, and Product to support partner success
Escalations & Continuous Improvement:
Manage partner delivery escalations, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
Identify recurring delivery challenges and contribute to improvements in enablement, tooling, and operating models
Track partner capability development and readiness milestones, escalating risks and gaps proactively
Acting as an advisor as needed on partner implementations
Leadership Readiness & Growth:
Prepare executive-ready updates on partner performance, risks, and progress toward strategic outcomes
Develop expertise in partner services best practices with a growth path toward people leadership
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
8+ years related experience, with a minimum of 2 years of Optro Experience working with the Optro Platform or other GRC platforms
Experience working with partners in an enterprise software ecosystem (training, escalations, monthly webinar, advisor)
Experience advising complex enterprise software implementations
Trained across multiple product lines and willingness to learn modules outside current scope
Experience working across multifaceted teams to deliver on software implementation engagements
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort presenting to senior audiences
Ability to manage ambiguity and operate with autonomy while aligning to a broader strategy
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and drive cross functional process improvement
Strong, leadership judgment — comfortable making decisions independently
