About the Role
We are open to engaging this talent on either a freelance/contract basis or as a part-time Fixed Term Contract (6 months, 3 days per week), depending on the candidate's preference and availability.

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist with B2B digital marketing experience to support on the execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across global digital channels. This role is pivotal to delivering high-quality leads, enabling revenue growth, and delivering measurable ROI through innovative and data-driven advertising.
Campaign Execution & Management
  • Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
  • Implement campaign targeting, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget allocations as defined by marketing objectives.
  • Ensure campaigns are set up accurately, following platform best practices and internal processes.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Use Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance.
  • Produce regular campaign performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate campaign tracking, tagging, and attribution to support reporting requirements.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on campaign data.
Marketing Operations & Collaboration
  • Work closely with content, design, digital marketing, and regional marketing teams to coordinate campaign assets and messaging.
  • Support the development and delivery of landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign materials.
  • Coordinate campaign launch schedules and ensure all required assets are available on time.
Platform Management & Best Practices
  • Maintain campaign structures, audience lists, tracking implementation, and advertising accounts.
  • Stay informed on platform updates, new advertising features, and industry best practices.
  • Support compliance with data privacy regulations and platform advertising policies.
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, and performance issues as they arise.
Essential
  • Proven track record of planning, managing, and delivering paid media campaigns on time and within agreed budgets.
  • Global Campaign experience
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving lead generation objectives and meeting key performance metrics, including CPL (Cost per Lead), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), CPD (Cost per Demo), and CPW (Cost per Win).
  • Strong capability in driving continuous campaign performance improvements through data-driven optimisation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and experimentation.
  • Experience in ensuring accurate campaign tracking, performance reporting, data integrity, and adherence to platform governance and best practice standards.
  • Ability to analyse campaign results, provide actionable insights, and make strategic recommendations to maximise return on investment and marketing effectiveness.
Desirable
  • Experience with global campaigns and multi-language targeting.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and DSPs.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications.
