👋 Who are we?

About the role
We are here to create great healthcare products. That’s at our very core, but it’s the people who make companies great, not the other way around. We spend more time with our co-workers than anyone else in our lives. Being part of an exceptional team is not only important for your personal mindfulness but key for your professional progression.
We’re looking for a smart, entrepreneurial and hungry salesperson early in their career to drive new business in the UK. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing, with real responsibility for winning new SME customers in the regions of London, South East England, South West England, East of England and Wales!
Why should you join? You'd learn the whole sales process, see the direct results of your work and earn greater responsibility as you prove yourself. In addition to the positive impact you'd made, helping veterinary teams spend more time caring for animals.🚀
Your key responsibilities include
Win new customers among independent veterinary clinics and growing clinic groups across the UK.
Build your own pipeline through targeted prospecting, calls, emails, events and clinic visits.
Understand each clinic’s needs, present engaging virtual demos and tailor Provet packages to the problems they need to solve.
Lead negotiations, close deals and hit monthly sales targets.
Record activities, next steps and accurate forecasts in our CRM.
Coordinate with the onboarding team to give new customers a smooth start and clear expectations.
Work with marketing and analytics to improve targeting, outreach and conversion
What will help you to be successful in this role?
You might be an exceptional graduate, an SDR ready for more ownership, or in your first few years of sales or another customer-facing role. Show us evidence of ability through your work, studies, a business you’ve built or another demanding pursuit. In addition:
Smart and curious. You learn quickly, ask good questions and explain complex ideas simply.
Hungry to achieve. You set high standards, work hard and can show where you’ve pushed yourself to achieve something difficult.
Entrepreneurial. You take initiative, find ways around obstacles and create opportunities without waiting to be told.
Resilient and coachable. You handle rejection, ask for feedback and put it into practice.
Good with people. You listen carefully, build trust and follow through on your commitments.
Veterinary software experience is not required.
You should be based in London and willing to travel to UK customers.
What’s in it for you?
At Nordhealth, we do things a little bit differently. We value continuous improvement, diverse teams and autonomy which drive our collaboration. Our global healthcare domain is rapidly developing and we are seeking colleagues who enjoy working in this type of environment. 🌎
In addition, we offer:
The chance to work in a meaningful industry and in a fast-growing, global company on a path to changing digital healthcare
Competitive compensation and benefits
Learning and professional growth opportunities
The tools you need, and enjoy using
Frequent company events and talented colleagues from around the world
If you enjoy working in a fast-growing and international environment with the possibility to make an impact, this might be the perfect job for you. Apply now! We'll fill the position as soon as we find the right person.
