About the Role
The Operational Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the operational stability, usability, and day-to-day performance of the Departure & Compliance product group across easyJet’s airport network.
Operating within a complex supplier-led ecosystem, the role focuses on ensuring departure-critical operational systems, operational integrations, third-party airport systems, and frontline operational tooling remain available, supportable, secure, compliant, and fit for purpose within live operational environments.
Working closely with Product Managers, Technical Specialists, Ground Operations teams, suppliers, and Regional Delivery teams, the Operational Support Analyst supports operational readiness, incident resolution, monitoring, reporting, integration testing, and continuous improvement across the Departure & Compliance product group.
The role combines operational product support, service operations, supplier coordination, monitoring, operational testing, and change support to help ensure operational systems can safely and effectively support compliant departure operations across a network of airports, handlers, and operational partners.
The role requires a strong understanding of airport operational processes, departure workflows, regulatory requirements, and the interconnected ecosystem of passenger processing, departure control, baggage, border, identity, and operational support systems.
