Onshore Facilities Manager

Swire Renewable Energy is looking for an experienced Onshore Facilities Manager to support the Onshore Wind Project in the UK. We are seeking a proactive and well-organized professional to oversee onshore facilities, coordinate daily operations and ensure safe and efficient project support.

About the project and role:

• Project: Onshore Wind Project, UK

• Location: United Kingdom - UK-based candidates only

• Start date: ASAP

• Contract type: to be discusses

• Working schedule: Monda-Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week)

• Role: Management and coordination of onshore facilities, maintenance activities and operational support for the offshore wind project.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee the daily operation, maintenance and operational readiness of onshore facilities.

• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections and repairs.

• Supervise contractors, suppliers and external service providers.

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company procedures and project-specific requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with onshore teams, logistics and project management to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections and facility performance.

• Support resource planning, procurement and facility-related cost control.

• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day onshore facility matters.

• Proven experience in facilities management, site management or operational coordination.

• Experience managing contractors, maintenance schedules and facility-related services.

• Valid GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) certification, including all required modules.

• Working knowledge of UK health and safety requirements.

• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Based in the UK with the legal right to work in the UK.
