As a National Account Manager, you will manage and grow an established portfolio of high-value B2B customers. You will build trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their strategic, organizational, and financial objectives. Using a consultative sales approach, you will identify opportunities to increase customer retention, expand existing contracts, and introduce relevant products and services. You will work cross-functionally to turn account strategies into measurable outcomes and stronger customer relationships. The role combines relationship management, strategic account planning, and SaaS sales in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your ability to create value for customers will directly contribute to business growth and long-term account success.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute territory plans designed to maximize client retention, contract upgrades, and sales of products and services.
  • Establish, strengthen, and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers across assigned accounts.
  • Understand and articulate the strategic, organizational, and financial priorities of each client and connect them with appropriate solutions.
  • Create and execute tailored account plans and sales campaigns for specific customers, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and implement action plans that improve or optimize customers' use of products and services.
  • Manage the full account development process, from identifying customer needs and opportunities through to commercial execution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account, contact, and activity information in the CRM.
  • Contribute to a customer-first culture through strong communication, accountability, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
  • Requirements:

    • 2–3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, the recruitment industry, or a closely related B2B environment.
    • Demonstrated track record of sales success and consistently achieving or exceeding commercial objectives.
    • Strong passion for sales, with a proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented approach.
    • Experience with complex, consultative sales involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities, with the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into relevant solutions.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at different organizational levels, including senior and C-level executives.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions while maintaining ownership of customer outcomes.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
    • Curious, growth-minded, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
    • Benefits:

      • Group critical illness coverage.
      • Group income protection and group life assurance.
      • Pension and vision benefits.
      • Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
      • Access to employee discounts and wellbeing resources.
      • Optional private medical coverage from day one.
      • Optional Ride to Work scheme.
      • Unlimited vacation.
      • Quarterly paid volunteer days.
      • Employee referral program with eligibility from before your first day.
      • Career development opportunities and opportunities for internal progression.
      • People-first culture with an emphasis on collaboration, accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
      • Fast-paced, agile, and supportive working environment where employees are encouraged to contribute ideas and challenge existing approaches.
