As our Merchandising Executive, you’ll join the team responsible for managing the sales pages across the easyJet holidays website. The team helps customers move smoothly from arriving on our site into finding and booking the right holiday, while using personalisation to make their experience more relevant.

You’ll deliver the merchandising plan for the UK website, keeping content accurate, current and aligned with customer needs and commercial priorities. You’ll use performance data to identify improvements that support customer engagement and conversion.

You will be responsible for\:

• Planning weekly merchandising activity, bringing together input from teams across the business.
• Delivering updates across the website, including the homepage and other high-traffic pages.
• Creating landing pages and updating sales content, including SEO improvements.
• Managing and updating content on the trade website.
• Using website data and reporting tools to review performance and identify opportunities to improve.
• Working with digital and development teams to deliver content and functionality improvements.
• Supporting partnership campaigns, from coordinating designs through to publishing them online.
• Making sure website content follows brand guidelines and uses a consistent style and tone of voice.
• Keeping up to date with digital, customer and travel industry trends.

What you'll bring to the team\:

• Experience creating, editing and managing digital content.
• An understanding of websites, digital marketing and SEO.
• Experience using a content management system, ideally within a large organisation.
• Confidence using analytics and reporting tools to understand website performance.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• The ability to plan and prioritise your own workload while meeting deadlines.
• A collaborative approach and confidence working with different teams.
• An interest in improving digital experiences and adapting to change.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
