Member of Technical Staff Engineering Lead Applications

You will lead, mentor, and grow full-stack engineers while remaining hands-on with the technical stack. You will prioritize work, manage projects, guide architecture, deliver internal and customer-facing product surfaces, and translate cross-functional needs into reliable systems and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers
• Lead engineering efforts for internal and customer-facing product surfaces
• Make targeted individual-contributor contributions to the technical stack
• Prioritize work and manage projects
• Guide technical and architectural decisions for scalable, robust user experiences
• Translate cross-functional needs into system designs, interfaces, and reliable customer integrations
• Raise technical judgment, prioritization, communication, and execution standards

Requirements

• Experience building, mentoring, and growing engineering teams
• Ability to lead a team of approximately 10 people
• Deep full-stack engineering experience delivering production-grade applications
• Strong coding ability
• Experience across UI, API, and authentication layers
• Experience integrating external systems or customer environments
• Ability to guide strategy and execution
