What is the role responsible for?
As Legal Counsel, you will provide practical, commercially focused legal advice and support across Gamma's UK Service Provider telecommunications business – focusing on the service. Working closely with the General Counsel and a wide range of stakeholders, you'll help manage legal and commercial matters in a fast-paced technology and telecommunications environment, with a particular focus on commercial contracts.

What will you be doing day-to-day?
Here are a few examples of what you could be involved with:

Providing legal advice and support on a broad range of commercial and operational matters across the business.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including customer, supplier and partner contracts.
Supporting the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of contract templates and legal processes.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders across management, sales, product and other business functions to enable commercial outcomes.
Identifying, assessing and managing legal and commercial risks while supporting business objectives.
Delivering clear, practical and solution-focused legal guidance to colleagues across the organisation.
Supporting the General Counsel with a variety of legal, regulatory and governance matters as required.
Keeping up to date with relevant legal and regulatory developments affecting the technology and telecommunications sector.

What you'll bring
You don't need experience in everything listed, but we're especially keen to hear from people with some of the following skills:

Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent legal qualification).
Experience in a legal role in relevant Telecommunication industry
Strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
Experience providing commercially focused legal advice to a variety of business stakeholders.
Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across multiple functions.
A pragmatic and balanced approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
