Loom Talent are partnering exclusively to recruit for a HR Coordinator to join a busy team in the education sector. They are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR coordinator to join them on a FTC basis reporting in to the HR Director.

What you will be doing

• Coordinate all HR and administrative activities, providing support throughout the employee onboarding process
• Manage and monitor tickets, ensuring queries and actions are followed up and resolved efficiently
• Oversee workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
• Assist with the implementation of the new HRIS

What they are looking for

• Experience in a similar role
• Confident building relationships with key stakeholders
• Ideally qualified in or working towards CIPD
