Loom Talent are partnering exclusively to recruit for a HR Advisor to join a busy team in the manufacturing industry supporting a site of c900employees. They are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis reporting in to the HR Business Partner.

What you'll be doing

• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers, coaching them on best practise and ensuring they act in line with HR policies and procedures
• Provide day-to-day support across the full employee lifecycle, contributing to People projects and initiatives.
• Management of the HR inbox answering first line queries.
• Work closely with the wider HR team to support activities including recruitment, learning and development and HR system data input.
• Manage and support on employee relations casework, working closely with key stakeholders and escalating to the HR BP were necessary.

What we are looking for

• Experience in a similar role with a focus on employee relations ideally within a blue-collar environment
• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
• Confident building relationships with key stakeholders, getting out on the shop floor and partnering closely to understand the best way to work with them.
