HR Administrator

Liverpool | Hybrid Working | Up to £27,000 | Temporary to Permanent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Liverpool on a temporary to permanent basis.

Working within a supportive and collaborative HR team, you'll provide high-quality HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle. This varied role will involve HR systems, employee records, onboarding, contracts, benefits administration and general HR support.

• Managing HR administration for starters, movers and leavers

• Preparing contracts, offer letters and HR documentation

• Maintaining employee records and HR systems

• Processing employee changes accurately

• Responding to general HR queries

• Supporting new starter onboarding and inductions

• Assisting with employee benefits administration

• Producing HR reports and people data

• Supporting employee engagement activities

• Assisting with HR projects and process improvements

You'll ideally have:

• Previous HR administration experience

• Experience within an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, People Administrator or HR Coordinator role

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills

• Experience handling confidential information

• Good IT and HR systems skills

• The ability to manage competing priorities

• A proactive and positive approach

• Salary equivalent up to £27,000

• Temporary to permanent opportunity
