Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily reception operations, ensuring smooth and efficient front-of-house service.
  • Act as the first point of contact for guests, handling enquiries, bookings, and complaints with professionalism.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with front desk systems, booking software, and office tools, with advanced proficiency in OpenTable
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

What We Offer

  • Opportunities for career growth, with internal training and succession plans supporting progression within the business.
  • 28–30 days’ holiday per year, increasing with length of service.
  • Uniform provided.
  • Meal on duty.
  • Employee reward programmes and long-service awards.
  • A fun, professional and dynamic working environment.
  • The opportunity to learn from an experienced hospitality team and develop your Front of House skills.
  • The opportunity to build your career within an exciting and growing hospitality group.
  • The opportunity to work in one of West London’s most iconic venues.
