Job description

Voy is a healthcare platform led by clinicians. We support people managing long-term health conditions with treatment plans backed by real evidence.

Founded in 2018, we started as MANUAL, focusing on hair loss, weight loss and men’s health. As we grew, we realised we could help more people. In 2025, we became Voy and expanded into more areas of health, including female hair loss, testosterone, menopause, dermatology and diagnostics with Do Health.

Today, Voy has around 750,000 active customers and has treated more than 2 million people since we began. We work across the UK, Germany, Brazil and India to make a new future of healthcare a reality. We’re approaching $1bn in ARR and have grown more than 100% year on year, every year since inception. At Voy, we let the evidence do the talking. In a published study of over 100,000 people, those who reached 12 months in the Voy programme and stayed engaged lost up to 24% of their body weight.

Our vision is simple: to make 100 years of healthy living within reach for everybody. Our mission is to bring quality care to everyone, at scale.

Most people meet Do Health in a paid social feed, and decide in under two seconds whether to stop. You'd join to lead design for that moment - shaping how Do Health looks across paid social and digital, from the static someone scrolls past to the video that makes them book a test. It's a craft role with a clear goal: work that stops the scroll, makes something complex feel simple, and brings in members. You'll also help decide what we make next, turning what we learn into briefs for the wider team.

Responsibilities

  • Design scroll-stopping creative for paid social and digital - static-first, plus motion - that balances brand and performance: on-brand, platform-native and built to convert.
  • Make health data land at thumb speed. A biomarker, a biological age, a blood result - shown so someone understands it in two seconds and believes it.
  • Own the look of Do Health in the feed. Keep the brand recognisable and trustworthy across hundreds of assets, and evolve the visual system as we learn rather than letting it sprawl.
  • Bring the same craft into the product. Design graphics for the app and website - illustrations, imagery and in-app visuals - with Product Design, so Do Health feels the same from ad to app.
  • Art direct still and motion content - members, clinicians, Dr Rangan Chatterjee and creators - from concept and storyboard to shoot-day direction (with production) and edit feedback.
  • Design for testing, not one-offs. Build modular layouts and templates that turn one idea into many variations, so we learn faster and scale what works.
  • Own projects end-to-end - from brief through design, delivery and iteration.
  • Shape the brief, not just the response to it. Turn performance results, member insight and competitor work into clear creative briefs for copy, creators and production.
  • Work closely with Growth and Copy - review what's converting each week and feed the learnings into the next round of creative.
  • Get the claims right. Work within healthcare advertising rules alongside our clinical team, so every claim is accurate and every number is sourced.
  • Use AI as a production multiplier - generation, resizing, variations - and keep improving how we make creative, so your time goes on ideas and craft, not exports.

Requirements

  • 4+ years as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showing paid social, performance or digital-first design.
  • A portfolio you can talk about honestly - what the brief was, what performed, what didn't, and what you'd change now.
  • Strong conceptual thinking - you bring ideas, not just execution.
  • Excellent typography, layout and hierarchy - one message, landed fast.
  • Strong visual craft and attention to detail - work that holds up under close inspection, at every size and placement.
  • A clear grasp of how creative performs on paid platforms: formats, placements, safe zones, and what makes a thumb stop.
  • A basic understanding of UX - how design choices shape behaviour and conversion, from the ad through to the landing page.
  • Expert in Figma; Adobe Creative Suite experience; After Effects or Premiere Pro a bonus.
  • Confident art-directing photography and video, with a strong eye for composition, casting and storytelling.
  • Comfortable designing for testing and iteration, and using results to decide what to make next.
  • The ability to explain your work simply and defend creative choices to Growth, clinical and leadership.
  • Organised and fast: many projects in flight, high volume, no drop in craft.
  • Confident, responsible use of AI tools in your workflow: a force multiplier where they help, set aside where they don't.

Culture Fit and Nice to Have

You'll thrive here if:

  • You care whether the ad worked, not just whether it looked good.
  • You'd rather ship ten variations and learn than polish one.
  • You think about the person on the other side of the ad - someone curious or worried about their health, not a target audience.
  • You care about accuracy as much as aesthetics - this is a health product, and trust is earned in the specifics.

Nice to have, not required:

  • Healthcare or regulated-industry advertising experience
  • Subscription or DTC growth experience
  • Motion design and video editing
  • Copywriting - you can write a hook as well as design one
  • Building modular creative or template systems, or working with generative AI production tools
