Looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re expanding our Night Warehouse team and need hard-working team players with an eye for detail to help pick and pack top-quality produce for our customers.

Shift: 07.00pm - 3.30am, 5 days a week, some weekends included
Salary: £27,428 per annum, increasing to £29,665 per annum on successful completion of the probationary period
This role is essential to the our operation and ensures our customers get what they order and that the products are of the highest quality. This shift runs from 07.00pm to 3.30am and your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Picking orders in our ambient and chilled sections ensuring order accuracy
- Shunting and loading vehicles where needed
- Quality checking products and maintaining consistency
- Storing products/orders methodically - ensuring ready for dispatch
- Communicating any product shorts or substitutes accurately and efficiently
- Moving stock around, stacking shelves, and general warehouse duties
- Lifting products weighing up to 25kg, as per manual handling guidelines
What We're Looking For
This is a fast-paced role working in a highly-pressurised environment, therefore experience in working in a similar environment is desired, but not essential as full training will be provided. Mandatory requirements include:
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product details
- Excellent communication and listening skills, to liaise with team and management
- Great team player who works hard, ensuring we hit targets and achieve results
- Work collaboratively and autonomously, using initiative where needed
- Perform under pressure, adapting to changing workload and priorities
- Reliable and motivated, with a desire to succeed
