Review existing reporting processes, systems and data flows to identify gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements, functional requirements, process maps, gap analyses and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with Technology teams to define and implement regulatory reporting solutions, including enhancements to Murex where applicable.
Support data mapping, reconciliation and validation, ensuring reporting is accurate, complete and fit for regulatory submission.
Coordinate and support UAT, investigating issues and driving remediation through to implementation and operational handover.
Contribute to wider equities regulatory initiatives, including short-selling reporting and shareholding disclosure requirements across international jurisdictions.
Key Requirements
Proven Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services, ideally covering regulatory reporting, compliance, operations or regulatory change.

Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to analyse complex datasets, identify discrepancies and work across business and technology teams to resolve reporting issues.
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Operations and Technology.
Desirable Experience
Knowledge of UK and EU short-selling reporting requirements.
Experience with SEC Rule 13f-2 and Form SHO reporting.
Understanding of shareholding disclosure requirements across international jurisdictions.
Experience working with Murex, ideally within an equities or regulatory reporting environment.
