Cyber Security Manager | Up to £90k | UK Hybrid

I'm partnered with a global technology consultancy looking for a Cyber Security Manager to lead security consulting and transformation engagements across Energy, Utilities, Chemicals and Resources.

This is a client-facing role for someone who can combine strong cyber expertise with project leadership, strategic advisory and stakeholder management.

What you'll be doing:
• Lead cybersecurity projects and programmes from strategy through to delivery
• Advise senior clients on cyber strategy, risk, governance and security transformation
• Deliver security assessments, workshops and risk reviews
• Develop security frameworks, policies and governance approaches
• Provide expertise across areas including OT Security, Security Operations, IAM, GRC and AI Security
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Identify new opportunities and support proposals, bids and account growth
• Manage, mentor and develop security consultants
• Contribute to wider cyber thought leadership and capability development

What they're looking for:
• Strong background in cybersecurity consulting, advisory or programme delivery
• Experience leading complex projects and managing senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, CAF and NIS
• Expertise in one or more areas such as OT Security, Security Operations, IAM, Cyber Strategy or Risk
• Experience within Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing or CNI environments is highly desirable
• Commercial awareness and experience supporting business development
• Strong communication, leadership and consulting skills
• CISSP, CISM, GICSP, CRISC or similar would be advantageous
• Understanding of AI security and emerging cyber risks is a plus

Security clearance:

BPSS and SC clearance is required, including 5 years continuous UK address history at the point of application.
