Location: Woodford Halse Job Type: Full-Time Department: Client Experience Reports to: Senior Manager – Global Client Experience
Hours of Work: 08:00-17:00 Monday – Friday inclusive (with 45 minutes for lunch break at 13:00)

Job Summary

The Client Manager oversees the complete lifecycle of Singer clients from their initial order to vehicle delivery, ensuring a high-quality, professional experience at every stage. Engages with clients regularly, sharing updates and all decision-based deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing status updates and tracking all project deadlines.
Guide clients to meet deadlines, including donor car delivery and stage-billing payments.
Serve as a brand representative, ensuring every client interaction is high quality and professional.
Document all client touchpoints accurately and thoroughly within the CRM system.
Use standardized structures and templates for client interactions to measure KPIs and program success.
Provide technical and non-technical training to clients on brand history, values, current/future technology, and vehicle performance.
Gather customer insights to help support strategic business decisions.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to meet company-wide goals.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Five (5) plus years of experience within luxury automotive industry or equivalent brand industry
Five (5) plus years of specific experience in a client management or customer facing role
Prior experience in a rapidly growing business environment
Detailed knowledge of Singer Vehicle Design’s history, heritage, and services

Skills/Abilities and Attributes

Proficient with Microsoft Office (incl. Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams), as well as various digital illustration, editing, and design-based programs and tools
Maintains a neat, professional appearance
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
Effective written and verbal communications skills; ability to express ideas clearly and actively listen to others
Team oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines
Excellent time management with an ability to balance multiple projects and timelines
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaborative skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently and effectively within and across departments
