Charity Retail Shop Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic charity retail manager to play a significant part in the ongoing success and growth of our largest store in the centre of Tewkesbury.
You will need to have significant charity retail experience and bring communication and customer service skills to ensure that we are offering the best in store customer experience. Our presentation and merchandising is what sets us apart and you will use your creativity and organisation skills in a way that will encourage maximum sales.
It also goes without saying that you will be confident in recruiting, training and managing a team of volunteers and your part-time deputy managers.
You will be working 4 days per week (5 days could also be considered) to include some Saturdays / Sundays. We would prefer that you have some flexibility on the days you can work and that you have access to transport to be able to cover shifts at some of our other stores if required.
