  • Work closely with the Partnerships, Commercial and Product Marketing teams to support the marketing of new and existing ancillary travel products, ensuring clear positioning, compelling value propositions and effective customer-facing messaging.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Communications and Digital Marketing teams to embed partner and ancillary product messaging into end-to-end customer journeys, supporting discovery, consideration and purchase.
  • Ensure marketing activity supports consumer and partner needs, channel best practice and conversion objectives.
  • Lead the development, tailoring and rollout of partnership marketing packages for strategically important partners.
  • Coordinate execution across Consumer Communications, Digital, Campaigns and Regional Marketing teams to ensure cohesive delivery across global and local channels.
  • Ensure partnership marketing activity aligns with partner objectives and Collinson's commercial priorities.
  • Develop and deliver partnership-related communications to internal stakeholders across Partnerships, Commercial, Product Marketing and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Support external communications to partners, customers and media where appropriate, ensuring clarity and consistency of messaging.
  • Support the planning and execution of the Priority Pass Lounge of the Year Awards, including partner communications, marketing assets and event delivery support.
  • Maintain an up-to-date suite of digital assets, including master and adaptable presentation decks, programme overviews, and lounge and partner imagery.
  • Design and manage scalable processes for the creation, production and fulfilment of airport lounge collateral (e.g. signage and merchandise), working closely with Partnerships and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Develop and drive lounge and partner staff engagement initiatives.
  • Manage key stakeholders and approval processes across Partnerships, Partnership Operations, Product Marketing, Design Studio, Consumer Communications, Regional Marketing and Digital Marketing teams.
  • Support the definition, tracking and optimisation of KPIs for partner marketing initiatives, consumer communications and ancillary product performance.
