Location: Northampton (2 days per week) and London (1 day per week)
Contract: 6 months initial
Rate: Competitive Day Rate Via Rockford Payroll
Level: Vice president level

We are seeking a senior Agile at Scale professional with strong experience coaching and implementing Agile in complex enterprise environments, ideally within banking. The successful candidate will have deep SAFe expertise, a proven track record of leading or supporting SAFe implementations, and the ability to operate confidently across multiple portfolios spanning London and the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and support Agile at scale adoption across two portfolios.
  
• Lead or support SAFe implementation activities in a banking environment.
  
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align delivery priorities and drive momentum.
  
• Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
  
• Support teams in adopting Agile ways of working and improving delivery outcomes.
  
• Provide practical guidance, facilitation, and coaching to help teams and leaders embrace change.
  
• Operate across geographically distributed stakeholders in London and the US.
  
• Help shape and progress portfolio agendas while maintaining stakeholder confidence and engagement.
  

Required Experience

• Strong experience coaching and implementing Agile at scale.
  
• Hands-on experience working in a SAFe environment.
  
• Relevant SAFe certifications.
  
• Previous experience leading or supporting SAFe implementations.
  
• Experience working in the Banking sector.
  
• Ability to clearly articulate prior experience and demonstrate impact using practical examples.
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior level.
  
• Ability to engage confidently with both business and technology audiences.
  

Desirable Experience

• Consumer Risk knowledge.
  
• Experience in Consumer Risk, Risk Finance, or Treasury.
  
• Experience operating across multiple portfolios or business areas.
